How long are the CLUB CHEQUES valid for?

What happens if I lose a CLUB CHEQUE?

How do I become an ORSAY CLUB member?
All customers making a purchase in an ORSAY Store or in the Online Store can become members.

Where can I get the ORSAY CLUB CARD?
In all ORSAY Stores (in Germany, Austria, Poland, and the Czech Republic) and in the Online Store.

Is the card transferrable?
No, the ORSAY CLUB CARD is not transferrable.

I am not receiving any more post from the ORSAY CLUB.
Have you moved house? Or was your address incomplete? Simply give us your address and customer number. We will check the details and update them accordingly.

How do I let you know if my address has changed?
Simply contact our CLUB Team by telephone, e-mail, post, or Internet. You can also update your contact data at www.orsay.com.

Does membership incur any obligations?
No, you do not incur any obligations.

Will my data be disclosed to third parties?
No, all your data is strictly confidential, and will be used only for marketing purposes of ORSAY GmbH.

How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time. Please cancel your membership of the ORSAY CLUB in writing.

How long is the ORSAY CLUB CARD valid?
The CLUB CARD will be deactivated if no purchase is made within three years. In this case, your CLUB POINTS will be forfeited (see "Points forfeit") and you will receive no more post from ORSAY. You can reactivate your ORSAY CLUB CARD by making a purchase.

What do I do if my CLUB CARD gets lost or stolen?
Contact the ORSAY CLUB and notify us of your data. You will then receive a new ORSAY CLUB CARD within 3 weeks.

Can I earn CLUB POINTS in all Stores?
Yes, you can earn points in all Stores in the CLUB countries (Germany, Austria, Poland, and the Czech Republic), as well as when ordering online at www.orsay.com.

How long does it take until purchases are credited to my account?
The CLUB POINTS are credited immediately after your purchase.

How long are my CLUB POINTS valid?
The CLUB POINTS are valid until 31st December of the following year.

Do I also receive CLUB POINTS on CLUB offers?
You earn points only on the remaining amount after deduction of the special discount.

If I have forgotten my CLUB CARD, can I still get my points?
You can have your CLUB POINTS entered on the same day at the same Store, or simply contact our CLUB Team by telephone, e-mail, post, or Internet.

Do I also receive CLUB POINTS on reduced items?
You receive 3 CLUB POINTS per Euro when purchasing reduced items, and 5 CLUB POINTS per Euro when purchasing non-reduced items.

How can I find out my current points level?
You can find out your current points level in all ORSAY Stores by presenting your ORSAY CLUB CARD, or also on the receipt, over the Internet, or by telephone.

What happens with my points if I return or exchange goods?
Your CLUB POINTS will be automatically deducted again.

Where can I redeem my CLUB POINTS?
You can exchange or redeem your CLUB POINTS for a CLUB CHEQUE in any ORSAY Store in the country in which your CLUB CARD was issued, or redeem them immediately when placing an online order at www.orsay.com.

How long are the CLUB CHEQUES valid?
CLUB CHEQUES remain valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Can I also pay with a CLUB CHEQUE from the Store when ordering online?
Unfortunately not. You can only use CLUB CHEQUES in ORSAY Stores.

Can I also redeem a CLUB CHEQUE in case of a special offer?
No, unfortunately not. You must either redeem the CLUB CHEQUE or take the special offer.

Can the CLUB CHEQUE be redeemed for cash?
No, unfortunately not, since the value of the CHEQUE is a discount.

What happens if I lose a CLUB CHEQUE?
The CHEQUE cannot be issued again. In case of loss or theft, we cannot provide a replacement.
